The Starling Nests are a secluded, thoughtfully designed residential enclave featuring five privately parceled homes by Cory Edo of Trompe Loeil. Rather than a traditional neighborhood layout, these homes are gently nestled into the landscape, creating a sense of quiet retreat and natural flow.
At the heart of the Nests is a shared central hub, featuring a welcoming patio and hot tub, accessible to all residents. This common space is designed for relaxed connection while preserving the privacy of each individual home.
Each residence is individually parceled, includes a 100 prim limit, and rents for L$250 per week. The Starling Nests offer a unique balance of privacy, community, and serenity — a place that feels intentionally gathered rather than densely built.
